Shipping policy

Shipping will be arranged by Brio Hatcheries through The Courier Guy, the full cost of shipping must be paid in full, shipping may take 2 to 5 business days to be delivered, please ensure correct information is given. Brio Hatcheries is not responsible for damages of any equipment regarding transport, and always recommend collecting your product from our store to avoid damages, and insurance on goods transported can be taken by the buyer of such equipment on request as it is an additional fee.

We will assist the customer with any shipping queries, as far as we are able to try and resolve the matter.
